Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Express Shipping (1-2 business days): £5.50
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over £75 (U.K. only)

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s site, using your unique tracking number.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at hello@millersmind.co.uk with your order number. We’ll investigate the issue and offer a suitable resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

• Exchanges are only available in person at the festival merch stand
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation/email) is required
• Exchanges are limited to available sizes and styles on the day
• We cannot guarantee stock availability for specific items or sizes
• No refunds will be issued for online purchases.
